Digital Law
Privacy and Data Collection

Speaker: Chief Deputy Attorney General Peter E. Sand, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Agenda:

The agenda is to ponder the following questions and have something
constructive to add to the discussion of the questions.

Please read "The Right to Privacy." The class discussion will be very "high-level."

The only trick is that each student should spend significant time
identifying personal answers to the following questions, not just reciting

"the law" or other people's work.
